Kenneth Campbell is CEO & Founder of Time to Talk Studios. It is a platform that has been the catalyst for the podcast "Time to Talk" as well as the home of his 2 literary works "Time to Talk: What They Didn't Tell Me" and "Learn to Listen, So Others Are Willing to Talk". The goal is to bring awareness to the industry on many levels not just from one department's point of view. Team building and relationship building being the base of inter-departmental growth. He also travels the country and speaks as a keynote speaker for several entities as he spreads the message of self-growth along with understanding the key dynamics that empower change.

Hello, my name is Jeffrey Wilkins. I am the CEO of Sterile Concepts Technology. We are a healthcare consultant and education firm with over twenty years of experience. Some of our specialities include certification preparation courses and Joint Commission readiness. We assist healthcare organizations in achieving optimal outcomes for their team members and leaders. As a small team, we consistently achieve the best results with education along with healthcare consultations, while mentoring professionals into achieving their goals.

Lila Price, a seasoned healthcare sterile processing professional for over 15 years, holds certifications such as CRCST, CER, and CHL. She serves as the President Elect for the MACSA Chapter in partnership with the HSPA Board and recently appointed president elect. She has contributed to exam development with the CBSPD and advising on the Beyond Clean Advisory Council. Her leadership led her department to win the Healthcare Purchasing News CS/SP Department of the Year award in 2019. Additionally, she co-authored the book "W.I.L.D. (What I Learned During) The Pandemic," sharing valuable insights from that challenging time.

Ms. Leza Money is Executive Director and Founding Member of Sterile Processing Universal (SPU) and serves as Central Sterile Processing Educator at a major healthcare system, overseeing sterile processing education across multiple facilities.
With over 20 years of experience as a Sterile Processing Technician, Instructor, Consultant, and business leader, Ms. Money has dedicated her career to advancing sterile processing education and patient safety. Under her leadership, SPU has become a trusted name in healthcare education, offering hybrid learning programs, online courses, and comprehensive externship opportunities.
Ms. Money holds certifications as a Certified Central Service Technician (CRCST) from HSPA and Professional Healthcare Instructor (PHIC) from AMCA. She is an active member of MACSA and HSPA.
Passionate about empowering healthcare professionals and ensuring patient safety, Ms. Money continues shaping the future of sterile processing through education, mentorship, and strategic healthcare partnerships.

JoAnn (Starr) Richardson is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in sterile processing, surgical technology, and endoscopy. Beginning her career in cosmetology, JoAnn’s journey took a transformative turn when she entered the world of surgical services. Over the years, she has worked alongside leading surgeons, mastered multiple specialties, and served in leadership roles including mentor, educator, treasurer, interim director, and voting member of a respected national organization.
Known for her commitment to excellence and her ability to inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals, JoAnn has built a career defined by adaptability, resilience, and service. Her story is a testament to the power of saying “yes” to opportunity, embracing change, and turning challenges into stepping stones toward legacy.
When not in the hospital or classroom, JoAnn channels her creativity into entrepreneurship through Bright Starr Apparel & Photo Booths, creating memorable experiences for clients and communities.
